Do I need a referral to see you?

In Florida, physical therapists have Direct Access, meaning you can start treatment without a doctor's referral. If your insurance requires a referral for reimbursement, or if we determine you need further evaluation from a physician we will guide you through that process during your first visit.

02

Do you accept insurance, and how does the billing process work?

We are an out-of-network provider. This means we do not bill insurance companies directly. An itemized receipt (superbill) will be provided so that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Depending on the plan's out-of-network benefits, many can recover 60-80% of the cost. A health savings account (HSA) or flex spending account (FSA) can be used.

Why choose an out-of-network clinic?

At Peak Swing we prioritize you over the insurance company. Our model allows for 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy every single visit. Because our care isn't dictated by insurance regulations, we can provide highly personalized treatments that typically result in getting you better faster and in fewer total visits.

04

How many sessions will I need?

We don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" recovery. Your specific timeline will be determined during your initial evaluation, where we will build a customized Plan of Care based on our proven 3-step process:

      1. Find the Root Cause: We look beyond the symptoms to identify the mobility or stability deficits causing your pain.

      2. Address Pain & Mechanics: We use manual therapy and corrective exercises to eliminate discomfort and fix faulty movement patterns in your swing, serve, or jaw.

      3. Provide Long-Term Solutions: We build strength and resilience needed to ensure the issue doesn't return once you're back on the court or course.
